01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and s888 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") in respect of your access to and use of the s888 website at s888.ml and all services, games, promotions and features available through it.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus or otherwise using any part of the s888 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms should be read together with the s888 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

02Eligibility

To register and use the s888 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. s888 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to create an account, make a deposit, place a bet or claim a bonus. This requirement applies without exception.
• You must be registering as an individual, on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not already hold an existing s888 account, whether active, suspended or previously closed.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Your use of the platform must not violate any law, regulation or rule that applies to you personally based on your location or circumstances.

s888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including proof of age and identity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

03Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account with s888. Registering more than one account, whether under the same name, a different name, the same phone number, the same device or the same payment method, is a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. If any information changes — particularly your contact number or payment details — you must update your account promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. s888 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your login details or failed to keep them secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact s888 support immediately.

s888 may, at its discretion, require you to complete identity verification before approving account-related actions including but not limited to processing your first withdrawal, approving a large deposit or investigating a security concern on your account.

04Deposits & Payments

All deposits at s888 are processed and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion takes place at any stage of the deposit, betting or withdrawal process. The following payment methods are supported for deposits on the s888 platform:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposit, available to all registered JazzCash users
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposit, available to all registered Easypaisa users
• Raast — instant interbank transfer via Pakistan's Raast payment system
• Bank Transfer — direct deposit from any Pakistani bank account
• Debit and credit cards — where supported by your issuing bank

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit. s888 does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside s888's control.

All funds deposited with s888 are for the purpose of gaming on the platform. Deposited funds that have not been used for betting may be withdrawn subject to the standard withdrawal conditions. Deposits are not interest-bearing.

s888 reserves the right to decline a deposit or request additional verification if a transaction triggers a security or fraud review. In such cases, s888 will notify you through your registered contact details and explain the next steps.

05Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following standard conditions at s888:

• You must have completed identity verification before your first withdrawal is approved. This is a one-time process and does not need to be repeated for subsequent withdrawals unless your details change.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. This policy exists to prevent the misuse of platform funds.
• Any active bonus balance subject to wagering requirements must be completed before the relevant portion of your balance can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the Promotions page.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals. Processing times are displayed in the cashier at the time of your request.

s888 may request additional documentation to support a withdrawal request in circumstances where a fraud or security review is triggered. Requested documents must be provided within the timeframe communicated by the s888 support team. Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold until verification is complete.

06Bonuses & Promotions

s888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, which apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the Promotions page:

• Bon uses are available to players aged 18 and above only. Any bonus claimed by an under-18 account will be cancelled along with any winnings derived from it.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household and per device unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games and time limit for each bonus are stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages. These are detailed per promotion on the Promotions page.
• s888 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, players who have already opted in and begun wagering will be given reasonable notice and their progress honoured where practicable.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and hold no cash value outside of the wagering conditions attached to them.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or exploiting a technical error in a bonus calculation — will result in the bonus being cancelled, associated winnings forfeited and the account reviewed for suspension.

s888 makes every effort to ensure that promotion terms are written in plain language and that wagering requirements are clearly stated before you claim. If you are unsure about any part of a promotion's terms, contact support before opting in.

07Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the s888 platform, covering sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo and all other game categories:

• All bets are final once confirmed. s888 does not accept requests to cancel, amend or reverse a confirmed bet except in circumstances where a clear technical error has occurred on the platform's side.
• s888 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was accepted, or where there is clear evidence that the bet was placed using information not available to the general public.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and are displayed within the relevant section of the platform at the time of placing. These limits may vary by game, market and event.
• For sports betting — including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports — in-play markets may be suspended or settled at any time at s888's discretion, particularly in response to match interruptions, data feed delays or rule changes by the governing body.
• For live casino games, the rules of each game are governed by the game provider. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled according to the game provider's standard disconnection policy.
• For slot games and bingo, the return-to-player (RTP) percentage and game rules are provided by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface or help section.
• s888 does not guarantee continuous availability of any game, market or event. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary unavailability without prior notice.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the s888 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals and permanent banning from the platform:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in creating an account with false information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, claim bonuses or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games or the odds in sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in a game or on the platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a verified bug or error may be voided.
• Using the s888 platform for any form of money laundering, fraudulent activity or financial crime.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information at any point during registration, verification or the withdrawal process.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Making chargebacks or disputed payment claims with your bank or mobile wallet provider in bad faith while retaining winnings from the deposited funds.

s888 actively monitors for prohibited conduct and cooperates with payment providers and financial institutions where required to investigate suspected fraud or financial crime.

09Account Suspension & Closure

s888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• A request from the account holder to self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• A legally valid request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency or financial institution.

Where an account is suspended due to a security or compliance review, s888 will communicate the reason to the account holder and outline any steps required to resolve the matter. Accounts suspended for confirmed fraud or breach of Terms will not be reinstated.

You may close your own s888 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method after identity verification is confirmed.

10Responsible Gaming

s888 is committed to providing a gaming environment where players can make informed choices about their activity. The platform provides the following Responsible Gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit limits — Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much PKR you deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Increases require a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders — Set an alert to notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion — Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended, you will not receive promotional communications and you will not be permitted to register a new account.

11Privacy & Data

s888 collects, processes and stores personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing and platform operation. By registering an account with s888, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the processing of payment information in connection with deposits and withdrawals made in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other supported methods.

s888 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required for payment processing, fraud prevention or compliance with a valid legal obligation.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s888's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

s888 is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings or anticipated savings arising from your use of the platform.
• Any service interruption, data loss or technical failure that is outside of s888's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, payment provider outages or third-party game provider failures.
• Any financial decisions made by a player based on their gaming activity at s888.
• The consequences of a player sharing their account credentials with a third party.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

13Changes to These Terms

s888 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, s888 will notify registered players via the contact details on their account — typically by email or in-platform notification — with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

Your continued use of the s888 platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange the return of any real-money balance in your account.
